If you’re ambitious, adaptable and ready to make a difference, WPS could be the right place for you Reporting Services Executive Walkers Corporate Limited Salary Range US$75,000 – US$85,000 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Services Executive to join our Reporting Services team. The successful candidate will support clients with a range of regulatory filing obligations in the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, ensuring filings are completed accurately, efficiently and within prescribed deadlines. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class client experience. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to coordinate and manage multiple reporting obligations while contributing to process improvements and the ongoing development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Reporting Services team in meeting filing deadlines and completing multi-jurisdictional reporting obligations, including:

o Economic Substance Notifications (ESNs) o Economic Substance Returns (ESRs) o Annual Returns (ARs)

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of allocated services, including workflow tracking, planning, execution and coordination of deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and other stakeholders regarding information requirements necessary to complete filings and service deliverables.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients and internal stakeholders regarding the preparation, review and submission of filings.
  • Prepare and review filings and other service deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide guidance, support and task delegation to junior team members as required.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical queries and promote consistency of approach across all client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate time records to support timely and accurate billing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while actively contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as required by the business from time to time.

Requirements

  • Experience liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies, including the Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and associated compliance obligations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work to tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prepare and review a high volume of filings and service deliverables within demanding timeframes.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to support and mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
