10+ Years experience in building and installing formwork for beams, columns, stairs, walls, etc. Instillation of finish trims such as baseboards, crown moldings, door trims, etc. Template construction and installation of windows, walls and doors. Laying of 6" and 8" blocks. Capable of mixing cement and other needed on the job materials. Ability to plaster all concrete surfaces. Basic literacy and moderate numeracy skills including some trigonometry, ability to read measurements and measurement conversions. Capable of following instructions and working independently.
