Customer Service Representative/Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive pre-/post-sales customer service support.
• Addressing customer inquiries via phone calls & emails, resolving any questions or concerns.
• Actively promoting company products & services.
• Establishing & nurturing business relationships with customers.
• Assisting in determining pricing structures for quotes, promotions, & negotiations.
• Processing payments, including Credit Card, Cash, & Checks.
• Issuing receipts, managing refunds/credits, & accurately recording all cash & credit transactions.
• Keeping management informed of any issues or concerns throughout the day.
• Preparing regular status reports on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, & self-motivated.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math and computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) written references.
