Maintenance Person

QUALITY ELECTRIC LTD T/A QUALITY ELECTRIC & GENERAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES is looking to hiring a Maintenance Person to join our maintenance team with the at least ten years of experience in General Maintenance. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Electrical Apprentice will be assisting with the following

• Work along the Property Management or Strata Management team
• Provide weekly up to Property Management or Strata Management team.
• Provide our accounts team with the accurate information for billing.
• Quick response to issues that may arise on premises.
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Provide the solution that is cost efficient
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures, as necessary.
