General Store Helper

Job Summary

Black Friday Outlet is a high-volume, fast-paced discount retail store. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Store Helper to support daily store operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store setup and cleanup
• Clean, organize, and maintain sales floor, bins, shelves, and storage areas
• Price and label merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Help offload shipping containers and move merchandise safely
• Sort, stock, and rotate inventory on the sales floor
• Provide friendly assistance to customers and answer basic product questions
• Help maintain order and flow during peak shopping hours
• Follow store policies, pricing rules, and operational procedures
• Support the team with any other tasks required for smooth store operations

Work Schedule Requirements

• 6 days per week
• Must be available to work public holidays
• Must be flexible with hours depending on store needs and shipment schedules
