Client Relations Officer

About the Role The Client Relations Officer is the primary liaison between Implementer and its clients, many of whom operate in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space. This is not an entry-level or generalist client-service role: the position requires someone who can independently manage sophisticated, technically complex client relationships from day one, with minimal onboarding. Required

• A minimum of 3–4 years' direct experience managing client relationships within a cryptocurrency, digital asset, or blockchain-related financial services environment; general fintech or traditional finance experience alone will not meet the technical bar for this role
• Demonstrated fluency with core crypto/blockchain concepts (custody, on/off-ramps, wallet infrastructure, exchange operations, or similar) sufficient to field detailed client questions without escalation
• A verifiable professional track record of handling confidential financial information with discretion (references and employment history will be checked)
• Proven ability to independently manage external client and vendor relationships (not primarily internal/administrative support experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones
