We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join our team. The successful candidate must be proficient in working with all hair types and textures and be able to provide a wide range of hair care and styling services to women, men, and children. The candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be committed to creating a positive salon experience for clients. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to determine their hair care and styling needs. Perform hair cutting, shampooing, conditioning, and styling services. Create various braided styles and protective hairstyles. Install and maintain sew-ins, wigs, and hair extensions. Provide natural hair care services, including treatments, twisting, and styling. Perform hair coloring, highlighting, and chemical treatments where applicable. Recommend hair care products and maintenance routines to clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment. Schedule and manage client appointments professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and salon policies. Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or similar role. Ability to work with all hair types and textures. Skilled in braiding, sew-ins, wig installations, natural hair care, and styling. Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Working Conditions The Hairdresser will work in a salon environment and may be required to stand for extended periods while providing services to clients.
