Associate

Reporting to Senior Management, the Associate will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of restructuring and/or insolvency cases. Duties and responsibilities will include preparation of statutory reports, written correspondence with internal and external parties, management of client compliance, including FATCA, CRS, Beneficial Ownership Register etc, assisting with the management and development of junior staff members and assisting with the marketing and promotion of the company. The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with a professional accounting designation CPA, ACA or ACCA. Suitable candidates will have experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a particular emphasis on the financial services market. A detailed understanding of hedge fund structures and financial products is required together with strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates will be expected to have experience in the review and revision of litigation and day to day cooperation with attorneys.
