Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support the creation of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment by organizing and supervising educational and play activities.
Assist with feeding, cleaning, supervising children, and maintaining accurate records.
Monitor, record, and report on students’ progress and development.
Organize and label classroom materials and display students’ work in a manner appropriate to their developmental and perceptual abilities.
Assist in organizing and supervising games and recreational activities that encourage children’s physical, mental, and social development.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences regarding students’ progress, development, or concerns.
Assist in planning, preparing, and developing teaching aids and classroom resources, including charts, graphs, and learning materials.
Provide additional support to students with special needs, including non-English-speaking students and those with physical or developmental challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
Certification in Early Childhood Education is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented educational environment.
Working Hours
Normal working hours are on a shift basis, not exceeding 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
