T&O High Quality Construction is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Workers to join our growing team . The ideal candidate will have over five (5) years of combined experience in general construction, masonry, carpentry, and renovation.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Perform general construction, masonry, carpentry and renovation tasks
• Assist with site preparation, mixing concrete, and handling materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites
• Keep job sites clean, organized and secure
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Required Qualifications & Experience:*
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Clean Police Record
• Must be legally able to work in the Cayman Islands
• Benefits:* Vacation, Health Insurance and Pension
• Salary:* CI$10.00 - CI$15.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours:* 45 hours per week
