PEB Attorneys Limited George Town, Grand Cayman Position: Managing Partner Salary: Up to CI$120,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus PEB Attorneys Limited is a newly established boutique law firm based in George Town, Grand Cayman. The firm specialises in civil and commercial litigation, family law and matrimonial disputes, property disputes, and contentious probate. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Managing Partner to join the firm on a full‑time basis. This is a senior leadership role requiring a highly experienced practitioner with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and a proven track record in client development and service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction of the firm
Manage and supervise fee earners and support staff
Conduct and oversee complex litigation matters from inception to resolution
Develop and execute long-term business development strategies
Maintain high standards of client service and regulatory compliance
Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional disputes, including engagement of experts and external counsel
Qualifications & Experience
Admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands, or eligible for admission
Minimum of 12 years’ post‑qualification experience (15+ years PQE preferred)
Extensive law firm management experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent legal qualification
Extensive advocacy and litigation experience across complex disputes within the firm’s practice areas
Experience with interim relief applications (including freezing and disclosure orders)
Demonstrated ability to manage matters end-to-end with a strong record of success
Experience coordinating experts, disclosure exercises, and litigation strategy
