Multi-Purpose Associate

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible Multi-Purpose Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed to support our daily operations and ensure our clients receive excellent service. The ideal candidate is a team player who is adaptable, takes initiative, and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities.

• Jump in and assist team members wherever additional support is needed
• Multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Provide coverage when additional help is required
• Assist with organizing, moving, stocking, and distributing supplies
• Respond to last-minute assignments and schedule changes
• Support special cleaning projects and one-time assignments
• Help with setting up, organizing, or delivering supplies
• Restock cleaning products and other necessary supplies
• Assist Teams with operational needs and day-to-day tasks
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements
• Support all departments with work overflow
• Perform other duties when need.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
• High School Diploma
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Willingness to take on a variety of duties and assignments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
