We're hiring for a multipurpose role to perform a variety of construction and finishing tasks, including drywall installation and finishing, carpentry work, repairs, and general construction duties, to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and finish drywall panels on walls and ceilings. Apply joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to drywall seams and surfaces. Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or finishing. Measure, cut, and install wood, plywood, drywall, and other construction materials. Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, trim installation, doors, windows, cabinets, and moldings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Repair damaged drywall, ceilings, walls, and wooden structures. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Assist with painting, patching, and other finishing tasks as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all workplace safety procedures and building regulations. Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Perform general maintenance and construction duties as assigned. Required Skills Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and carpentry methods. Ability to accurately measure and cut materials. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving and time-management skills. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
