Job Description

Valle Property Management is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Labourer/Handyman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of property maintenance, repair, and construction-related tasks while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

o Perform general labour and handyman duties across residential properties. o Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, painting, carpentry, masonry, and basic construction tasks as required. o Assist with property improvements, renovations, and repair projects. o Load, unload and organize tools, equipment and materials, efficiently. o Operate hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner. o Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues or safety concerns. o Assist with basic plumbing, drywall, and fixture installations when required. o Assemble, install, and repair various property fixtures, fittings and structures. o Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas at all times. o Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. o Respond to urgent maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs when necessary. o Work collaboratively with supervisors, to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. o Represent the company professionally when interacting with tenants, clients and contractors.

Requirements

o Previous experience as a labourer, handyman, preferred. o General knowledge of repair techniques. o Ability to safely use hand tools, power tool and maintenance equipment. o Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions accurately. o Physically fit and capable of lifting up to fifty (50) pounds. o Ability to perform manual labour, including climbing, bending, lifting and standing for extended periods. o Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. o Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Working Hours & Benefits
