Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) B2B, reporting to the Senior Director FP&A B2B, will play an important role in helping to drive the financial performance and analysis of Liberty Caribbean’s B2B segment across our Caribbean markets. This position is responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis of the B2B segment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform detailed monthly and quarterly financial analysis of B2B revenue, margins, and collections across Caribbean markets, identifying variances, trends, and risks.
  • Prepare clear and concise reporting packs for the Senior Director and broader FP&A leadership, highlighting key insights and recommended actions.
  • Support tracking and revenue of B2B sales pipeline performance and provide regular updates on bookings, churn, and revenue conversion.
  • Review and challenge business cases submitted by market teams for new B2B deals, ensuring assumptions around pricing, costs, and returns are sound.
  • Challenge collections performance by market in close collaboration with B&C team and flag at-risk accounts or deteriorating trends, working with market teams to develop corrective action plans.
  • Support post-deal reviews to assess whether business cases delivered as expected.
  • Support the annual budget and periodic reforecast processes for the B2B segment, working closely with market FP&A teams to build bottom-up plans.
  • Maintain and improve forecasting models for B2B revenue, direct costs, and working capital.
  • Serve as a key finance partner to Caribbean market B2B teams, building relationships and understanding local commercial dynamics.
  • Provide analytical support and financial guidance to market teams on B2B initiatives, while constructively challenging assumptions and holding teams accountable to targets.
  • Coordinate with market CFOs and FP&A leads to ensure consistency in B2B reporting and alignment on KPIs.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as directed by the Senior Director, including competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Contribute to the development of improved B2B reporting tools and dashboards.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
  • An associated professional certification (CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA) is required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, business controlling, or financial assurance – audit & advisory, preferably within telecommunications, ICT, or a related sector.
  • Experience working with B2B or enterprise segments is strongly preferred.
  • Solid proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present findings clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and constructively challenge commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills — able to present financial information to non-finance audiences in a clear, compelling way.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment and comfortable working across time zones.
