Cook - Authentic Indian Cuisine

HWC Holdings Ltd. T/A Fresh up Cafe is seeking a skilled & experienced Cook specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, & presenting a wide range of traditional Indian dishes using authentic ingredients, spices & cooking techniques. This includes curries, gravies, rice dishes, breads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, & regional specialties. The candidate must work independently & collaboratively in a fast -paced environment, manage time effectively, and assist with inventory control, & support ordering & storage of ingredients.
