Due to growing demand, we have created a new and exciting opportunity within the Mise en Place & Co events team. This role brings together sales, event planning, and detailed coordination. It requires strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent organisation, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The successful candidate will be adaptable and confident managing administration and sales, while also supporting catering and beverage operations when needed. Job Purpose This role supports the Event Manager while taking ownership of driving new business, developing client relationships, and coordinating events end-to-end. From first enquiry through to execution, you will combine sales, planning, and operational delivery to ensure events meet both client expectations and Mise en Place standards.
