Job Opportunity: Sheetrock Finisher Employer: MAUVA SIMMONDS T/A TOP PERFORMANCE CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE Role Summary & Duties We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sheetrock Finisher to join our active construction and maintenance team. You will be responsible for preparing, installing, and finishing drywall surfaces to a premium standard.
Measure, cut, and properly align drywall panels. Tape joints, apply joint compound (mudding), and sand surfaces to achieve a seamless, paint-ready finish. Repair and restore damaged drywall, filling cracks, holes, and imperfections. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Working Conditions & Requirements Experience: A strict minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in sheetrock finishing/drywall. Environment: The role requires working at various current job sites, encompassing both indoor and outdoor locations. Physical stamina and adaptability to varying site conditions are required. Compensation & Benefits Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Wage: $14.00 per hour minimum.
