Provide full pre-sale and post-sale support to drive sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the customer’s signature is on all proposals as acceptance of quote, prior to delivery and/or installation.
Prepare formal proposals for all jobs quoted.
Meet, greet, and assist all walk-in customers to showroom.
Provide information including specifications on all products.
Identify and build relationships with building owners, contractors, construction companies, and architectural firms.
Conduct cashier transactions.
Restock merchandise on the showroom/store floor if needed.
Open and close sales and exceed sales targets.
Take accurate measurements, arrange and book special orders, delivery, and installations.
Prepare detailed reports for the General Manager, including weekly, monthly, and end-of-year sales reports, as well as updates on new and pending quotations, customer support, outstanding sales, and sales targets.
Provide general customer service and sales support across The Group Ltd. businesses as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 4-5 years' relevant experience.
Strong sales, communication, customer service, computer and basic math skills.
Reliable, trustworthy, & self-motivated.
