Golf Instruction & Training. We require a PGA qualified instructor to provide full-time golf instruction and training for clients of all abilities. In addition to providing one on one private lessons, the candidate will be expected to run a junior teaching academy, including regular golf lessons for groups of children aged from 6 years upwards. The ideal candidate must have a background in golf both from a playing and coaching perspective. A minimum of 5 years coaching experience and an associate university degree from a recognised establishment as well as full membership and status with a recognised Professional Golfers Association (PGA). A focus on junior golf and development is essential for the role and all necessary background safety checks to accompany. With golf instruction as the core business of Cayman Golf Lab, an extensive knowledge in ball flight laws, swing mechanics and sports science is essential for the role. An understanding of business and management is also a key element for the applicant. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
