You be required to manage 17 rental properties including locating tenants and vetting them and negotiating the terms of any leases. You will be required to deal with any enquiries from the tenants regarding their leases and deal with organising and supervising minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs to their apartments. You will be responsible for the timely collection of the monthly rent and for its deposit in the company's bank account.
