Painting Roof Work Concrete Work Woodworking Site Cleanup and Organization Material Handling Repair and Remodeling Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work on roofs or in tight spaces. Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of following directions accurately. Safety Conscious: Committed to following all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience: Previous experience in general labor or a construction trade is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Transport: Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
