Provide compassionate, client-centred care to elderly and special needs clients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, oral hygiene, transfers, mobility, meal preparation, hydration, continence care, medication reminders (where permitted), and light housekeeping related to client care. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' condition, maintain accurate records, and communicate with family members and the healthcare team. Accompany clients to appointments as required while maintaining dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Applicants must have a recognized caregiver qualification, current CPR and First Aid certification, at least 2 years' experience in elderly or special needs care, good English communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
