We require an experienced heavy equipment operator, with over 10 years experience, who can operate various heavy equipment like bulldozers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment. Must be experienced in safety procedures. Be physically and medically fit. Be able to perform thorough pre and post inspection of the equipment each day. Be able to safely and efficiently operate the equipment to prevent accidents and damage of property. Must have a clean driving record and valid Cayman Island's driver's license (Group 4 preferred). Must be able to speak and comprehend English very well and have excellent communication skills with clients and other co-workers. We require someone with strong work ethic, the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information and the ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
