The successful candidate will be required to manage 17 rental properties situated in George Town, West Bay and Savannah. You will be required to find tenants for vacant properties and negotiate lease terms with them. You will be required to respond to any enquiries from the tenants and organise and supervise any repairs required to the properties. You will be required to supervise the timely collection of the rent and make payment into the Company's bank account.
