Provide excellent customer service on all excursions ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Conducts PADI scuba diving courses consisting of classroom and pool activities, according to PADI regulations and Program guidelines.
Accompanies guests on scuba diving and snorkeling excursions, within the program.
Assists the tour operator and guests with equipment orientation and proper fitting of the equipment. Monitors tour operators to ensure quality controls and standards are met.
Set and pull anchor for 25 ft. vessel and docking vessel.
Ensure guests embark and disembark vessel safely from dock and while beaching vessel.
Wash down boat and equipment after each excursion and ensure equipment is stored properly.
REQUIREMENTS
PADI Open Water Instructor with 8 years’ experience
3 years managerial experience, including experience with pontoon boats
Excellent customer service skills – must be willing to actively interact with guests
Knowledge of marine wildlife and must be a strong swimmer
Must be able to work on short notice, on weekends, and sunset cruises.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available to take phone calls and emails from guests 7 days a week
Must be able to work most weekends.
Salary: CI$2,000 per month plus statutory benefits
