Job Advertisement: Journeyman Plumber Employer: D&D Maintenance and Plumbing Position: Journeyman Plumber Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Compensation: CI$ 12.00 per hour Role Summary D&D Maintenance and Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Journeyman Plumber to join our workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of critical roles and duties for both residential and commercial projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems for both residential and commercial projects.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Inspecting plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues. Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to locate leaks, blockages, and system failures.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications to determine the exact layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
• Code Compliance: Ensuring all plumbing work strictly adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• System Testing: Testing plumbing systems for leaks and evaluating system performance to guarantee long-term reliability and safety.
• Material Management: Estimating material requirements and costs for projects. Ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must possess an exceptional 24 years of hands-on industry experience in the plumbing field and related industry.
• Extensive technical background and a proven track record of high-quality, reliable plumbing and maintenance services.
• Native English speaker or must possess a basic understanding of the English language in both spoken and written form.
