Customer Service Attendant

They are accepting applications from Caymanians/Status Holders only for the position of Customer Service Attendant that can work on different stations such as cashiering, pump attendant and kitchen helper.

Duties and responsibilities include

• When working at the front, the employee will need to assist customers in checking out items purchased from the store.
• Employees must always be mindful of all pumps to avoid any drive-off.
• Employees must adapt to a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and barraged with sights, sounds, and smells throughout the shift.
• Employees must work with the team to keep the station always clean, including sweeping, mopping, upkeep, cleaning equipment, and trash removal.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• The ability to speak more than one language is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.

Business hours of operation is 5 AM to 10 PM, the employee must be willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends. The employee must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. The employee must be a team player and able to work under pressure. Punctuality and reliability are essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
