About the Team & Business Line

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role

  • You will be administering the life cycle of trust and company structures with diversified portfolios.
  • You will be drafting routine trust and company documents.
  • You will be reviewing bank statements and preparing portfolio performance reviews, as well as annual trust reviews.
  • You will be liaising with local and international legal professionals, financial institutions and professionals, as well as client liaison and support.
  • You will be responsible for the coordination of AEOI reviews for new business
  • You will be liaising with internal departments, clients, brokers, accountants, and directors.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and following up with collection of accounts receivable.
  • You will provide assistance with the maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings and payments.
  • You will provide assistance with the creation and maintenance of various internal tracking spreadsheets and daily/weekly and monthly reporting.
  • You will be coordinating the collection of KYC materials and attending client onboarding.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring and training a Trust Administrator.

About You (Qualifications)

  • Preferably STEP qualified
  • At least 5 years’ relevant private client trust work experience
  • Possess a working knowledge of corporate and trust laws in a multi-jurisdictional context
  • Experience with CAP and CORIS
  • You have AEOI experience (reviews, classifications, due diligence)
  • You have the ability to review and draft trust/corporate documents and resolutions
  • Practical experience in database administration (pref. Viewpoint), Adobe, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to assimilate, prioritize and process a high volume of client requests with rigid deadlines and to work under pressure
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • Experience with review of investment and financial statements; and
  • Familiarity with local AML laws
