Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified clients.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, assessment and selection.
Collaborate with Director to understand their client needs and develop business or portfolio descriptions and specifications.
Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess client qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected Client.
Ensure compliance with the applicable Cayman Islands laws and regulations throughout the client recruitment process.
Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Client recruitment and business acquisition.
