Role Overview The Behavior Analyst leads the assessment, development, and implementation of evidence-based behavior interventions to support student learning, engagement, and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals, the Behavior Analyst ensures effective behavior support systems are in place, promotes positive behavior across the school, and helps remove barriers to learning for students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. The role also includes providing case supervision, training and supervising Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of intervention plans.
