Job Description

Carpentry knowledge
Basic power tool operation
Stainless Steel Welding and repair
Power washing/ mopping
Perform basic furniture repair
Perform general building maintenance and painting indoor and outdoor.
Landscaping maintenance, installing new fences, walkways enhancement.
Basic building repair
Installing decorative features throughout the years holidays
Repairing washroom leaks, sinks and toilets. Replace malfunctioning plumbing parts.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as most of the work needs to be done while the premises are vacant.
Be on call 24/7. Weekend and Holidays included.
Working in a very warm environment. Exposed to the elements.
Vacation to be taken at a mutually agreed time, off season.
basic knowledge of Food & Beverage equipment repair and maintenance
make orders for replacement parts or equipment.
scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures
Plan and schedule repairs.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
