Breakfast Cook/Line Cook

Requirements

• 3 years working in disciplined, professional kitchens
• Able to work independently and well with a team
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays
• Able to organize the kitchen and maintain health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Must have up to date food hygiene certificate
• Creative, passionate, and able to create breakfast/brunch and lunch specials
• Check food stock and be responsible for breakfast menu preparation and ordering

35-45 hours a week plus overtime Full time Salary Range: $10-$12 ci per hour + gratuity share
