Janitor – CNS Janitorial CNS Janitorial, is seeking a reliable and detailed‑oriented Janitor to join our team. This position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across multiple facilities in the Cayman Islands. Applicants must be able to work independently, follow safety procedures, and adapt to flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities General Cleaning - Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and maintaining various floor types. Chemical Safety - Safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with MSDS guidelines. Equipment Use - Operating electrical cleaning equipment while following safety protocols. Security Procedure - Following building security rules and emergency evacuation procedures. Confidentiality - Maintaining discretion when cleaning client offices and sensitive areas. Reporting - Completing basic incident and maintenance reports. PPE Compliance - Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Qualifications Experience - Minimum 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience. Education - High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual handling tasks. Cleaning Knowledge - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Communication - Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Attention to Detail - Strong organizational skills and accuracy. Independence - Ability to work with minimal supervision. Teamwork - Willingness to take direction and communicate effectively with management and team members. Chemical Tolerance - No allergies to strong cleaning chemicals.
