This role would suit a Caymanian Attorney with at least 6 years relevant post qualification experience gained as a Cayman Islands, UK, Commonwealth or Offshore lawyer in a major international or large regional law firm. Instructed by a wide range of financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals based worldwide our expert teams are involved in a broad spectrum of litigation work. This includes trust disputes, insolvencies, boardroom battles, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration. The ideal candidate will need enthusiasm and drive, strong and relevant technical and entrepreneurial skills, the ability to think on your feet and an aptitude for business development. With excellent written and verbal English skills, you must have a high level of IT proficiency, a strong sense of commercial awareness and a solution orientated approach.
