CONCIERGE AND MEMBERSHIP AMBASSADOR

Position Summary Meraki Wellness is seeking a highly qualified and service-oriented Concierge and Membership Ambassador to lead and deliver exceptional guest experiences to our exclusive founder members. This senior guest-facing role requires a high degree of professionalism, wellness knowledge, and personal discretion. The successful candidate will deliver a bespoke level of service consistent with international luxury standards, including Forbes Five-Star expectations. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of Meraki Wellness’s Wellness Screening and lifestyle programming, offering highly personalised, holistic wellness journeys to a discerning clientele. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised wellness concierge services to founder members with a strong focus on discretion, privacy, and luxury standards.
• Conduct and oversee the Wellness Screening process, integrating holistic insights and individual lifestyle goals.
• Coordinate private wellness services, consultations, and tailored programming across fitness, spa, and integrative modalities.
• Manage daily operations relating to scheduling, onboarding, service logistics, and quality control.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless and unified member experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and visiting wellness professionals.
• Organise exclusive wellness events, workshops, and lifestyle experiences for founder members.
• Regularly review program performance and guest feedback, reporting findings to senior leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in luxury wellness and guest experience.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Certified in Wellness Screening or a comparable wellness assessment protocol.
• Certification in at least one holistic or wellness modality (e.g. yoga, nutrition, bodywork).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients and uphold privacy and service standards.
• Proven track record of coordinating complex schedules and personalised guest experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a Forbes Five-Star or equivalent luxury environment.
• Familiarity with Technogym platforms, wellness technology, and digital client tracking tools.
• Event planning or workshop facilitation in a wellness setting.
• Working knowledge of lifestyle coaching and holistic health planning.
• Second language proficiency is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions

• The role requires flexibility, including availability on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in a highly confidential, client-focused environment.
• Other duties may be assigned by senior management as needed based on operational requirements.
