JOB TITLE: MEPF MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

SALARY: CI$130,000 – CI$160,000 pa

WORKING HOURS: 45 HOURS PER WEEK

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 2-year contract We are seeking a MEPF Manager (Construction) to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Controls, and associated building services across a portfolio of projects. This role provides strategic oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost, QA/QC, commissioning, contractor performance, and project closeout, while driving consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement across construction delivery.

DO YOU HAVE

A relevant trade qualification, degree, professional certification, or equivalent MEPF/construction management experience 12+ years of progressive construction management experience delivering complex MEPF scopes across diverse project types Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and commissioning teams Strong expertise in construction delivery, QA/QC, commissioning, safety, contracts, cost control, scheduling, and project governance Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining standards and strategic oversight Advanced knowledge of MEPF systems integration, testing, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, BIM/VDC platforms, construction management systems, and reporting tools

Lead MEPF construction delivery across multiple projects from planning through commissioning, closeout, and handover Provide strategic oversight of safety, quality, schedule, cost, risks, and contractor performance to achieve project objectives Mentor and develop MEP construction engineers and superintendents while driving accountability and technical excellence Coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural interfaces to support successful project sequencing and delivery Lead QA/QC programs and promote continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery practices Foster a safety-first culture through proactive risk management and compliance with HSE requirements Drive design coordination, procurement, commissioning, commercial performance, and project closeout activities.
