Job Description
Politely meet and greet clients and ensure that the facility is ready for their needs.
Produce high standards of cleaning and attention to detail, Ensure the facility is always at its best, organized, and safe.
Consistently check stock volumes across all areas of the facility, informing management if stock is low
Ability to directly communicate with managers regularly and take on any tasks delegated to you, ensuring you have a full understanding of any task in hand
Develop relationships with clients by providing accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all client requests, ensuring complete satisfaction
Maintain complete confidentiality in all clients related matters as per employment contract terms
Endure any issues or concerns are raised with management immediately
Attend, participate and support team members during staff training meetings
Develop the ability to work alone and efficiently as a dependable team member, without direct supervision from a manager
Use initiative when faced with challenging situations
Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
Salary: $9-$14 per hour Education Requirement: High School or Equivalent
