Job Description

Discovery Point Club is seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and professional Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of this well-established condominium property. The role requires someone who is exceptionally organized, communicates with clarity and confidence, and maintains a consistently polished and professional approach. You will be a key point of contact for guests and owners, where responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. You should be willing to work two Saturdays per month and occasional evenings as needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations with a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Manage all guest and owner communications (email, phone, and in-person) in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Handle reservations from inquiry through confirmation using property management systems
  • Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Assist with billing, reconciliations, and administrative reporting
  • Work collaboratively with on-site staff and service providers to ensure smooth and seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar client-facing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of reservation systems
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing and basic accounting functions)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear, professional, and well-written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Self-directed, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Willingness to work two Saturdays per month and occasional evenings as needed

Preferred

  • Experience in vacation rental or condominium management
  • Strong customer service background with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
