ProStars Ltd Position: Construction Manager / Project Coordinator Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ProStars Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate commercial and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring efficient execution from planning through completion.
Lead and coordinate day-to-day project operations across multiple construction sites Support strategic project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking Manage procurement coordination, including vendor engagement, material sourcing, and subcontractor liaison Review and administer contracts, variations, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation Monitor project expenditures and assist with cost forecasting and financial tracking Maintain organized project documentation systems, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance Conduct routine site inspections to assess progress, safety adherence, and quality standards Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational matters Prepare detailed progress reports and administrative summaries for senior management Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline Minimum four (4) years’ experience in construction project coordination and site administration Experience supporting civil, infrastructure, or commercial construction developments Demonstrated knowledge of procurement coordination, contract administration, and budget monitoring Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and construction documentation platforms Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multi-phase project documentation Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
