Bartender

Thatch and Barrel Restaurant is seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender for our venue located at Pedro St. James in Savannah. Thatch and Barrel is a restaurant serving food and drinks Tuesday through Sunday and is a frequent event venue for weddings, corporate, family related and other various events and celebrations.

• Minimum 4+ years of fast paced bartending operations experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of cocktails
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Reliable, professional presentation and grooming standards essentials
• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated to excel
• Must be a quick learner and able to read and understand diverse event briefs based on the needs of the clients of the day
• The location is in Savannah, Grand Cayman, so candidate should have a vehicle and be prepared to ensure there are no issues with arriving on time
• Traffic can be an issue in this area around the time of dinner service and happy hour in particular so be prepared to plan accordingly
