AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN/ARTIST/MUSICIAN/BARTENDER

• Set up and operate sound systems, microphones, mixers, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting equipment
• Test, monitor, and adjust audio and visual levels during events or productions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintain, repair, and store AV equipment properly
• Collaborate with event organizers, performers, and production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
• Assist with load-in and load-out of equipment
• Collaborate with other artists, producers, and technical staff
• Maintain proficiency with instruments, vocals, or artistic mediums
• Participate in sound checks
• Follow performance schedules and venue requirements
• Promote performances when required (social media, networking, etc.)
• Maintain professional conduct during events and engagements
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify customer age and comply with alcohol service laws
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties

Qualifications

• Experience with professional audio, video, and lighting systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment (often 40-50 lbs)
• Proven skill and experience in music or performance arts
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and creative expression
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliability and punctuality for rehearsals and performances
• Flexibility to perform evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous bartendlng or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in busy environments
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
