Barber

We are seeking Caymanians or Status Holders to join our team as a Barber. Their responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional environment.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and grooming preferences.
• Skillfully cut and trim hair according to client instructions with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide shaving, trimming, and shaping of beards and mustaches.
• Stay informed about the latest hairstyling trends and techniques to offer the best service possible.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing all tools (combs, scissors, razors, clippers) after each use.
• Assist with inventory management by ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
• Order new products as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Provide personalized grooming advice tailored to individual client needs, fostering a loyal clientele.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all tasks and interactions.
• Show creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in delivering exceptional grooming experiences.
