Job Description Super C's Restaurant is seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food service industry. Training will be provided to the successful candidate. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and other food items. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and food preparation areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies. Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas. Support cooks and other kitchen staff as needed. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements No prior kitchen experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing cleaning and lifting duties. Basic communication skills in English. Must be legally entitled to work in the Cayman Islands. Preferred Qualifications Interest in the hospitality or food service industry. Food Safety and Hygiene certification is an asset but not required. May include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
