THE AGENCY RE — CAYMAN ISLANDS

Strategic Real Estate Marketing Manager George Town - Full-Time - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Salary: US$60,000 - $90,000 based on experience plus health insurance and pension.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Agency RE Cayman Islands is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing function across all channels and initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who brings both creative vision and commercial rigour to everything they do. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing the full marketing strategy for our brand, our listings, and our agent network - setting the standard for how The Agency presents itself in one of the world's most competitive luxury real estate markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing & Planning – Develop and own the annual marketing strategy, aligned to business objectives across listings, developments, and brand growth. – Manage and optimise a multi-channel content calendar spanning social media, Google Ads, email, and local digital platforms. – Ensure strategic cohesion across all marketing platforms and third-party vendor relationships. – Advise agents on individual marketing strategies and integrate agent business development planning into the broader marketing framework. – Own budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking across all marketing spend. Campaign Development & Execution – Lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact. – Oversee the production of all marketing collateral — including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, brochures, e-blasts, signage, and digital assets — using Agency resources and templates. – Commission and manage photography and videography for new listings and brand content. – Develop editorial and story-board briefs for educational, lifestyle, and brand awareness content pieces. – Manage relationships with third-party social media agencies and external marketing partners, providing clear direction and ensuring brand standards are upheld. – Lead project management of custom campaigns and bespoke marketing initiatives with external agencies. – Oversee print production and signage coordination with local vendors. – Develop and execute the email marketing calendar. Brand Management & Innovation – Serve as the custodian of The Agency brand in Cayman, ensuring consistent application across all agent-facing and client-facing output. – Drive innovation in marketing practice, leveraging Agency resources including the Creative Centre, Properstar, and Real Force. – Participate in monthly marketing meetings with The Agency's Franchise Marketing Managers, contributing Cayman-specific insights and best practices. Analytics & Reporting – Track and report on the performance of individual listing campaigns, brand initiatives, and marketing spend — delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership. – Identify trends and opportunities in campaign data, translating findings into strategic recommendations. Events & Sponsorship – Manage open house advertising, signage logistics, and broker open house coordination. – Plan and execute bespoke launch events for new developments and client-facing engagement initiatives. – Identify local and international events, conferences, and speaking opportunities aligned with agent and company business goals. – Lead coordination of client appreciation events, community outreach initiatives, and the Agency Gives Back programme. – Evaluate and manage sponsorship requests, ensuring alignment with brand values and overall strategy. CRM & Database Management – Oversee CRM administration via the Agency Productivity Tool (APT), ensuring data integrity and effective use across the team. – Manage the client and leads database, including new lead intake, referrals, and contact administration. – Design and implement drip-campaign strategies to nurture new leads and maintain engagement with existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

– Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations — with a demonstrable track record in a senior or leadership capacity. – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. – Prior experience in real estate, property, or a luxury consumer brand is highly regarded. – Exceptional copywriting, editing, and strategic communications skills. – Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. – Highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, interruption-rich environment. – Collaborative team player with the confidence to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation. – Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and a keen eye for brand consistency and quality. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and social media platforms; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. – Composed under pressure, with a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
