Job Description
Responsible for the development and advancement of scholastic volleyball and beach volleyball programmes in public and private schools across the Cayman Islands.
Responsible for the development and advancement of community (districts, churches, etc.) volleyball and beach volleyball programmes across the Cayman Islands.
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, training and supervising athletes in an Elite Junior Programme that will serve as a pipeline for Cayman National Teams.
Responsible for identifying, training, and supervising all coaches for scholastic, community, and National Team programmes.
Provide technical support and guidance to club teams, as necessary to advance the development of the sport across the Cayman Islands.
Responsible for identifying, recruiting, training and supervising Cayman National Team players and coaches.
Responsible for advancing the Cayman National Team programme by maintaining and enforcing defined training, conduct and performance standards for players and coaches.
Facilitate clinics and training programmes where needed and disseminate information when appropriate to assist scholastic, community and club coaches.
Recruit and provide guidance and instruction for the technical development of coaches, referees, scorers and other volunteers to continue advancement of technical expertise in the Cayman Islands.
Providing regular reports and updates to the Cayman Islands Volleyball Federation (CIVF) Board of Administration as required and work with members of the CIVF Board of Administration on any future development programs that may be required from time to time.
