P Development T/A P Development is seeking a Customer Services Representative/Admin Assistant/Booking Agent This is a busy multitasking role assisting customers and sub-contractors with bookings via phone and email. Demonstrate excellence in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely. With strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time role (40–50 hrs per week) with on-call coverage 7am–7pm across seven days, with one day off. All public holidays will be included, depending on the current workloads/ongoing contracts (including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter long weekend, and Thanksgiving). This candidate must have 10+ years in customer service and various types of administration. And 3+ years as a booking agent.
Experience in Google Calendar, Drive, and emails. Scheduling, internal and external. Accurate and reliable in processing and recording financial transactions. Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, and online platforms) efficiently. Organised with strong time-management skills and attention to detail. Dependable, professional, and committed to upholding company standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will need to be punctual, speak English, and be clean and presentable. Also, be a team player and be able to work self-motivated. Must have their own laptop, personal phone with data, a car and a current local driving license.
