Vice President Company Secretary Salary range US$120,000 – US$135,000 We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President to join the CoSec team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of entities while leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality company secretarial and administrative services. You will oversee the planning and execution of board, advisory, and shareholder meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting pack coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up actions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout. Acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will liaise with attorneys, clients, and external service providers on a wide range of administrative and governance matters. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of client relationships, overseeing invoicing and accounts receivable processes, and supporting the delivery of responsive, best-in-class client service. In addition, you will contribute to the day-to-day management and development of a team, assigning and overseeing project work while driving operational improvements across systems and processes. You will work closely with senior management to enhance service line offerings and support strategic initiatives, while maintaining a strong understanding of the Cayman Islands regulatory landscape. Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, languages, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the financial services industry or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority’s Statements of Guidance, Corporate Governance requirements, and Mutual and Private Funds regimes
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Cayman regulatory landscape and key business processes
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact
  • Experience delivering company secretarial services, including board and shareholder meeting coordination
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
  • Experience managing invoicing and accounts receivable processes (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
