Janitor

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment throughout the primary school. The successful candidate will clean classrooms, offices, washrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces while following school health, safety, and sanitation procedures. The Janitor will work respectfully around young children, teachers, and other school staff and help ensure that the school facilities are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities ● Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, stairways, washrooms, staff areas, and other school facilities. ● Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces as required. ● Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately. ● Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, desks, light switches, and handrails. ● Keep washrooms clean, hygienic, and adequately supplied with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessary supplies
