Job Description

What is the opportunity? The Associate Investment Advisor will work with an Investment Advisor team to manage a substantial book of client investment portfolios independently. You will be accountable for delivering integrated investment and wealth management services, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence and client retention. This role demands exceptional relationship management capabilities, sound judgment, attention to detail, proactive initiative, and the ability to anticipate and address client needs. What will you do?

  • Manage client investment portfolios independently, owning relationship continuity and delivering investment and wealth management aligned with team discipline
  • Develop wealth management strategies aligned with clients' financial circumstances and objectives
  • Deliver comprehensive client service through regular portfolio reviews, performance monitoring, prompt inquiry responses, and sustained engagement
  • Execute account management activities, including portfolio maintenance, transactions, and operational support—with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactively identify evolving client needs and collaborate with team members to deploy the team’s solutions, enhancing clients' long-term financial outcomes
  • Prepare and present investment proposals to prospective clients
  • Partner with internal teams (operations, compliance, portfolio management, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution and timely issue resolution

What do you need to succeed? Must Have

  • 3 to 5 years of investment management experience in a client-facing role, including proven relationship management capabilities
  • University degree in a related field
  • Internationally recognized professional securities or investment management qualifications
  • Demonstrated presentation proficiency in written and oral communication
  • Strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment
